Optiflow Operational Solutions is a process improvement consultancy founded by Kunj Patel and based in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. You can reach us on 07780 274698 or through the form on our website.

What we collect

When you use the form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, work email address, phone number if you give one, the kind of operation you run, any problems you ticked and your message. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange an Operational Health Check if you want one, and manage any work that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask us to, taking steps before entering into a contract with you. We don’t sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it for us

Vercel hosts this website and runs the form.
Resend delivers the form to our inbox.
Our email provider stores the message we receive.

These providers act on our instructions. Some are based in, or use systems in, the United States, so your details may be processed outside the UK under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to respond and to manage any work that follows. If no work follows, we delete it once it is no longer needed. The website itself keeps no copy of your message.

Cookies and similar technologies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. When you send the form, Vercel’s bot protection checks your browser to tell people apart from automated spam. If you turn motion off, your browser remembers that choice on your own device.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
